Portuguese Football in English

Kevin Fernandes

Kevin Fernandes was raised in the South East of England, born to parents from the island of Madeira and Almada, Portugal. Despite living with Portista and Benfiquista influences at home, he followed the footsteps of his father, entering the ever-toxic relationship with Sporting Clube de Portugal (although never neglecting his Madeira heritage, trying to keep up with Club Sport Marítimo). Since completing his Sports Journalism degree in 2024, he dedicates his time to writing for Breaking the Lines, Setenta e Oito and, of course, PortuGOAL.net, looking to kickstart his career covering the beautiful game. You may have seen him already on TNT Sports, but you're guaranteed to see him waffle about everything related to Portuguese football on X.
